Biggest concern is my jawline / double chin / overall not a defined lower face, but have been told by a previous surgeon it is my anatomy and plastic surgery isn't possible for my "double chin". He did however recommend buccal fat removal, I'm so unsure if this is the right decision. I am also currently starting masseter Botox which i know will slim my face.
