Kybella hard lump 6 months after treatment to inner thigh. Will it go away?

Without examining you in person, it is literally impossible to predict what is causing the lump. If the Kybella improved the condition then it is possible that another treatment will eliminate this lump as well, but you would need to speak with your injector about this. Obviously, using Kybella on the thighs in considered off-label so there is simply not as much information on its efficacy in these areas....

It is difficult to diagnose the "lump" without physically seeing you.  There have been rare instances of CoolSculpting causing lumps and I have seen Kybella leave lumps as well. The lump may be something totally unrelated, just ot make the situation more confusing.  I would recommend returning to the physician that provided each of the treatments to get their opinions.  Even if the lump occurred due to one of the treatments, it does not mean it will happen again.  Please note that Kybella is not FDA approved for any area other than under the chin.  Good luck.

Without examining you, it is difficult to know what this lump is.  It could be a lymph node that swelled in response to the treatment or it could be a bit of fibrotic tissue that has not yet fully resolved or it could be a small amount of left-over fat.  I would recommend returning to the provider who injected the Kybella and letting them examine it.Best of luck to you.

Impossible to diagnose without imaging and examination. Maybe an area of fibrosis? Really guessing. As you know its off label, and if the lump is better than your previous condition , it should be a win. ALWAYS see your injector specialist as they have the B and A, consents and amount injected.
