Kybella hard lump 6 months after treatment to inner thigh. Will it go away?

I had inner thigh coolsculpting. On one side it left a "dent". Nothing huge, but it bothered me. 8 months ago I had Kybella injected on both sides of the "dent" to make it less noticeable. It worked well and it's smoother now. I still have one small lump about the size of a pea. You can't see it, I can only feel it. What is it and will it go away? I am considering other areas with Kybella but if I get lumps (and they are noticeable) can they be treated?
