Chin lipo 5 months ago. Uneven fat pocket? Or swelling?

I had chin lipo about 5 months ago ever since I have got it done , I have had this uneven lump or fat pocket on one side. It was regular lips no laser. It has not changed in size since day one. Can I get it redone ? Could it be swelling 5 months later that never got smaller What should I do? Is there scare tissue that could make it worse if I go for more lipo
