What filler is best for marionette lines, under eye wrinkles, and nasolabial folds? Vollure or Voluma? (photos)

Please help me decide where to put my money... and which product you think I personally need to focus on more than others. I'm getting Botox, but my nasolabial folds are deep, I'm thinking a single syringe if vollure there? Can I stretch same syringe to marionette lines? Multiple wrinkles when I smile around mouth and somewhat hollows under eyes... could I skip vollure all together and get two syringes voluma in cheeks and fix 2 problem areas by lifting the nasolabial lines and marionette? Thanks!!

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting,  and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. I think the most important thing is to find a highly trained and experienced physician injector such as a dermatologist so as to optimize safety and results. Your doctor will best decide which filler is the most versatile for each area, and whether filler is even the right option for you. For laugh lines, I'd go with Vollure/Volift, and under the eyes I'd prefer restylane or restylane fine lines. Wrinkles related to movement are better dealt with using Botox, and sometimes with laser resurfacing.

Hi. Thanks for your message. The fillers will affect your face at rest not in motion. So the lines you are seeing on the mid cheek when smiling will be unaffected with filler. If the wrinkles around or underneath your eyes are bothering you then a good dose of Botox and C02 Laser Resurfacing will be very helpful. If you could upload some pictures at rest I could better assess your filler needs. However, in general 1 syringe of Vollure is not sufficient enough for correction of both the nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Most patient need 2 syringes. Vollure would not be the proper product to place underneath the eyes in the hollows, instead Volbella which is a fine filler used for thin skinned areas would be the proper product.
