Thanks for you pictures. You simply do not have the frame or the fat to achieve the desired result. Gluteal implants will be the only way to achieve your goal. In my opinion it's not worth it. Earl Stephenson, Jr MD, DDS, FACS
I think that you will need to be examined, but you may want to have whatever fat you have liposuctioned and grafted. A small buttock implant can be added if necessary. Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts andliposuction procedures each year. Look for great reviews and great before and after pictures.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for moderate liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
Based on the pictures posted, you have very little fat for transfer. Some of the fat that is transferred during a Brazilian Butt Lift is absorbed and does not take. You probably will not be happy with the final results, and regret spending the money. Other alternatives is buttock implants. How ever you need to understand the pros and cons of having a buttock implant before you make your decision
I think that you need to be seen in person. If you are too thin for a BBL using your fat, then implants may be a better alternative for you.
The BBL procedure involves harvest fat from areas of your body where there is excess fat and injecting that fat carefully into the central zone of your buttock. In addition, it involves liposculpting the buttock to facilitate a more rounded look. The common donor sites for this procedure is your posterior waist/flanks, lateral thighs, back, waist, and anterior tummy. Please visit with a board certified plastic surgeon.
Great question. Pretty simple answer--it depends. On how much fat is harvested and whether it is done evenly and smoothly. Often surgeons are more concerned with the fat obtained and the BBL, and care very little about the donor site appearance. Or perhaps feel that if they deflate and make the...
Usually medications that you need to take as part of your medication regimen usually do not have to be stopped before surgery. Yes, some do like aspirin products and blood thinners as allowed by your internist. Always best to ask your surgeon. We give our patients a list of medications to...
At one year post-op, your healing is essentially complete, and any soreness or "little knots" are unlikely to get better or resolve. This is due to the areas of dead fat that have turned into scar tissue, not because you failed to have massage therapy. Not all of the transplanted fat...
