I had lipo 3 years ago and I was very happy with the results, however 1 year ago I got an ultrasound treatment ( radio frequency) and immediately my legs and butt became saggy and I lost the curve and shape. My butt is flat and no curves. Will butt implants help? Am I a candidate for bbl even if I had lipo before? I just want to go back to my original shape. No big butt just fuller, rounder and more perky .. ;( I am 42 years old , healthy mother of 3. 5'7 and 130 lb.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

The BBL procedure involves harvest fat from areas of your body where there is excess fat and injecting that fat carefully into the central zone of your buttock. In addition, it involves liposculpting the buttock to facilitate a more rounded look. The common donor sites for this procedure is your posterior waist/flanks, lateral thighs, back, waist, and anterior tummy. Please visit with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Hello Naye, Thanks for your question and congrats on your healthy body shape.Indeed, one of the unfortunate things about loosing our fat deposits is that the fat in the wanted areas also tends to go away. To achieve a full round butt in your case, augmentation with Butt implants would be required. Contrary to what most people think (that butt implants leave you with a huge butt, that you will feel awkward sitting on them, etc), small/medium butt implants can really fill the buttocks enhancing their projection as well without being vulgar or exaggerated.I've been able to achieve lovely results by using butt implants for augmentation, and you seem to be an excellent candidate for this procedure.
