I am getting 520cc Natrelle INSPIRA implants and am looking for a full round look, can this be accomplished?
Answer: Considering 520cc Natrelle Inspira implants Thanks for your question. Although 520cc implants are at the larger end of the size range, the final result depends to a large extent on the person's appearance. Implants of this size in a very thin person with small breasts would look very different than in a woman with wide shoulders and more curves. Although the implants will add more fullness to the breasts it is important to know that they will not lift the nipples. If this is important to you, than breast lift surgery might be a consideration. Your surgeon could explain the pros and cons of implants alone, versus implants plus a lift.

Answer: Hard to say- you'd need a consult | Breast Implants | Augmentation | Lift | Fat Grafting | Aesthetic Plastic Surgery | Expert Hello and thank you for your question. Honestly, a formal in-person evaluation would be needed to determine the best treatment. There are several reasons for this: 1) Bra sizes vary based on the clothing store (for example, Victoria's Secret tends to upsize everyone by a whole cup size) 2) Most women do not wear the proper exact fitting bra size for their bodies 3) The exact volume (in cc) needed to change cup size is different for different body types (e.g. 32A to 32D requires a different implant size than 38A to 38D) 4) Be careful NOT to fall into the trap most women do- they see a certain implant size (e.g. 285 cc) or perhaps their friend had a certain size, and they want or request this or another size based on that. Everyone's body is different- 285 cc implants on your friend might look VERY different than they would on you. Be very careful not to make this mistake, because the goal is to find the right size and shape for YOU- for your particular body and your breasts. Because of those multiple factors, and because it is KEY to fully evaluate your breasts in person to make a full set of precise measurements to select the proper implant for you (incorporating factors like amount of breast tissue, implant type, base width, projection, etc), answering your question really would need a formal personalized consultation- to say anything before that would simply be guessing, which would be both unfair and unhelpful to you. Also, just FYI, each surgeon's measurements are slightly different, so numbers, experience, and overall aesthetic from one surgeon aren't necessarily the same as those from another surgeon! Your breasts are such a KEY area of your body and your femininity- therefore, you should ONLY trust an experienced aesthetic plastic surgeon. As such an expert, I have had extensive training and experience with complex aesthetic surgeries under a multiple world-renowned experts in the field. I’d recommend for you to setup a formal consultation with me (or another plastic surgeon who is extremely comfortable with aesthetic plastic surgery procedures) for a formal consultation to thoroughly discuss your surgical goals, undergo a formal examination, evaluate all your options (surgical and nonsurgical), and decide on the best procedure(s) and type of anesthesia for your specific case. I hope this helps! Dr. Donald Groves Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Accomplish I think that the 520 implants are far too large for what you are attempting to achieve. I believe that a smaller, lower profile implant (likely an SSLP 250ish) with a breast lift would be the most ideal combination of procedures to provide you the result you are seeking. The problem with placing large implants in slightly ptotic breasts is that the implant will stretch the tissues evne more with time. In my experience, this eventually necessitates downsizing to a smaller implant and performing a breast lift at a later date (which is a way more complicated procedure compared to performing the initial ones correctly). I recommend seeing a plastic surgeon with at least 6 years of integrated plastic surgery training and ideally an additional year of aesthetic surgery fellowship training.

Answer: 520 cc breast implants From your photo, it is impossible to tell the ultimate effect of any breast implant on your body. Normally, this decision is made in the operating room. However, you do appear to need a lift to achieve a full, round look. Your breasts appear to already have some asymmetry and droop or ptosis that will only worsen with the placement of an implant. You should see a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to get a formal opinion through an in-person consultation. Best of luck, Vincent Marin, MD San Diego Plastic Surgeon

Answer: 520cc implants I think 520cc implants are very large, and will certainly give you a rounded look!. One disadvantage of large implants is their weight so you should ensure you keep your breast well supported after surgery to reduce the risk of drooping in later life. The Crisalix 3D simulation system will allow you to simulate any size of implant on your existing breasts (see link below)If you have any concerns please see your PS for advice and reassurance.
