Fortunately, unlike some other STDs, trichomoniasis can be completely cured with a course of antibiotics. In women, a single dose of metronidazole or tinidazole will destroy the parasite 95% of the time. You want to be completely healthy before you have surgery, so have your PCP or GYN prescribe the necessary medications.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well. 
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
Please talk to your primary doctor to get clearance for plastic surgery and then I suggest you book a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss the best options for your goals.
