When is it safe for orgasm after tummy tuck?

I am 10 days post op and had a 0 in my dreams and I did feel lower muscle tensing but not much it didn't hurt and I feel fine is it ok to have them this soon out i also get no sex for some time but wondering if other things can be done ?

Hello,I advise my patients to avoid cardio work outs after surgery for 3 weeks in order to decrease swelling and risk of bleeding. As well, straining or heavy lifting is usually to be avoided for a time after Tummy Tuck so as not to strain your abdominal muscles. I doubt that your heart rate and blood pressure were raised significantly or muscles strained excessively having an orgasm in your sleep though. If you feel fine you probably are. Check with your Plastic Surgeon for their post op activity recommendations.All the best

Given that this occurred in your sleep I'm not sure that there is much that you could have done to prevent your orgasm.  Given that you had no pain, there is likely nothing to worry about.  Actively having sex with a partner is something you should clear with your plastic surgeon.  Best of luck with your continued recovery!
