My heart disease scar runs horizontally across my entire breast line. I am fit, healthy and non smoker/drinker. I have a generous 3 finger width recti diastasis and fat on the lower belly. It's not major but gives me that early pregnancy look & I have stretch marks in my lower belly. I understand that a typical tummy tuck is not suitable due to lack of blood supply from the top. Would a reverse tuck be able to fix the recti and does this mean my stretch marks would lift to all over my stomach

Yes this is quite normal. Looks like you are healing well. The scar will undergo remodeling over the next several months and the color will fade away. Make sure you not to expose them to sunlight or tanning light as this will cause permanent discoloration.
There are many types of hernias which you named a few all of which are unrelated and have different causes and treatment. Have a meeting with your general surgeon to dos us your symptoms and address your concerns.
