I have lost just over 70lbs. The belly is smaller but still there and loose and the love handles will not budge. The only fat area I have is my belly/ love handles. I have been referred to a plastic surgeon, by my GP, but I would like your thoughts. I am 5' 8 and 167 my BMI is 27. I would still like to loose 15 to 24 lbs. Can this be corrected with just exercise?

If you are developing swelling at the end of the day this is dependent edema. It may be due to scarring of your incision. The incision can sometimes act like a dam trapping fluid above the level of the scar. Massage and time are the best treatment options.
