I have lost just over 70lbs. The belly is smaller but still there and loose and the love handles will not budge. The only fat area I have is my belly/ love handles. I have been referred to a plastic surgeon, by my GP, but I would like your thoughts. I am 5' 8 and 167 my BMI is 27. I would still like to loose 15 to 24 lbs. Can this be corrected with just exercise?
