Hi booked to have 400cc over muscle implants with lift. What size would this achieve? Any advice I have attached a photo of myself and what I am after too. Thank you
Answer: The Bellesoma No Vertical Scar Lift Your breasts are low on the chest wall and you would benefit from a lift more than augmentation. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Implants are not lifetime devices and half are removed by 9.5 years. Fat transfers are permanent and incorporated into the body.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Surgery Adding 400 cc's will increase your cup size by two cups, on the average. I would suggest not going larger for your now sagging tissue may just sag again from the weight.

Answer: Implant size Dear Bluebell86x, Breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: #breastimplants size for #breastaugmentation and #breastuplift with #PlasticSurgery You need to be examined in person to determine what would suit you best. When choosing an implant, the surgeon is guided by what the patient desires. It is then essential for the surgeon to examine you, take some measurements and recommend what would suit your body. You breast base diameter determines what size implant you can have and how big you can go, and yet look natural. Although, various morphing softwares can help give you an idea of what your augmented breasts might look like, it is important for you to try sizers in garments to help you get a 'real' 3D feel and also give you an idea as to what it would feel like to carry that extra weight. The Biodynamic breast analysis system is an excellent method of helping patients choose their implants. Whilst it is nice to have larger boobs, it is equally important for them to look as natural as possible. As a general rule, the larger the implant, the harder it is to hide them. One should also take in to account the weight of the implants. The larger the implants, the heavier they will be and this can have adverse effects on your breast envelope. The breast can end up being droopy with a stretched skin envelope in future if the implants are heavy. It is safer to use smaller implants when an uplift is done at the same time to avoid compromising on circulation to nipple and skin envelope. For optimal outcome, please consult a fully qualified plastic surgeon, who has specialist qualification in plastic surgery 'FRCS Plast' after having being trained adequately in the field of plastic surgery, is registered on the 'Specialist register for Plastic surgery' with the General Medical Council and has been considered competent enough to be a member of the 'BAPRAS' (British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons) and 'BAAPS' (British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons) at the least.

Answer: 400cc implants and lift Hi, thanks for your question the maths of it is that approx 140cc corresponds to a cup size to 400cc should add just shy of 3 cup sizes to your breasts. combining breast 'uplift' with implants is a difficult procedure as these 2 procedures 'fight' against each other.......imagine if you put on a stone and then tried to put on a dress that was a size smaller than you were previously..... implant mastopexy has a 25% revision rate. 400cc implant is quite large and I would find it very challenging to put this into your breasts AND do uplift at the same time. There will be a lot of tightness and stretch on the scars and the nipple pad and this could threaten the viability of the nipple. The photo simulation you have does not necessarily indicate what is feasible surgically. My approach would be to do the implants the size you want and then plan to do an uplift subsequently if you wanted this. It would give a safer and more predictable outcome. I hope you achieve what you want.
