I've always had an awkward deposit of fat in my lower cheek area - now I've started to age it's sagging further, especially since I gained and lost 50lb in my last pregnancy. Would I be a suitable candidate for buccal fat removal, just in the lower cheek area? My upper/mid face is relatively flat, so I'm wondering if filler to balance the bottom-heavy appearance of my face would be more appropriate. Or perhaps Ultherapy/a lower face lift given skin aging is part of the issue?
