Can this area that I marked be liposuctioned? Just below the zygos. (photos)

Almost any area of the body can undergo liposuction if there is fat beneath the skin. The area marked in both model images is the junction of the zygomatic bone and the masseter muscle. The results shown in the two images of the male models are most likely the result of buccal fat removal and not facial liposuction. In my practice, patients like these models, who have normal to low body fat and very high cheekbones, achieve that facial look with just 100% buccal fat removal. If someone doesn't have the same body fat and cheekbone structure as the models, they won't achieve the same look, even if aggressive liposuction of the area marked in red is performed.
