Wanting to feminize facial with Botox what can I achieve with this method. Undergoing hormone therapy for past 5 years. What do I need or can I do in order to achieve a smooth feminine face.

Answer: Botox Botox will help minimize your forehead lines, crows feet, and frown lines but will not feminize your appearance. I think you would benefit from some dermal fillers and Sculptra. Answer: Botox and fillers to feminize the face Botox will help with reducing forehead wrinkles and elevating eyebrows slightly. It can also be used to reduce the size of chewing muscles (masseter) and to make the face appear more oval. Fillers for cheeks, under eyes and possibly lips would be very helpful for softening the features to help with more feminine appearance. Good luck!
