Will Botox help feminize my face? M2F without high costs. (Photos)

Question

Wanting to feminize facial with Botox what can I achieve with this method. Undergoing hormone therapy for past 5 years. What do I need or can I do in order to achieve a smooth feminine face.

No, Botox is good for improving fine lines and wrinkles. Definition and contouring of the face can be improved with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Fillers such as Juvederm can be used to help with definition and contouring. Other alternatives are implants and fat grafting. While Botox can soften the corrugator muscles that pull the brow down and closer together, I think a better investment might be considering fat transfer. Volumizing areas of your face can help to soften areas and balance out a stronger Jaw line. These changes can also be achieved using filler but there is some permanence with the fat. Likely more than one procedure might be necessary and it is possible to do this under local in the office which keeps the cost down. It might be great to research your options before deciding where to place your hard-earned dollars. Botox will help minimize your forehead lines, crows feet, and frown lines but will not feminize your appearance. I think you would benefit from some dermal fillers and Sculptra. Botox will help with reducing forehead wrinkles and elevating eyebrows slightly.  It can also be used to reduce the size of chewing muscles (masseter) and to make the face appear more oval.   Fillers for cheeks, under eyes and possibly lips would be very helpful for softening the features to help with more feminine appearance.  Good luck!

The best way to feminize the face would be to use your own fat for grafting into the face in order to make the face look considerably softer and more feminine. Botox will only remove lines that are associated with motion of muscles of the face.  Good luck from New York City

Some of the most defining male characteristics include a prominent brow and strong, angled jaw. Both the glabellar muscles of the brow and the masseter muscle of the jaw can be treated with neurotoxins such as Botox or Dysport to soften these features. Botox targets one of the underlying causes of frown lines and crow’s feet—the repeated muscle contractions from frowning and squinting over the years. I inject these muscles with BOTOX® or Dysport®  to temporarily reduce muscle activity. You will begin to notice a visible smoothing of your crow’s feet lines and frown lines between your brows between 4-7 days after treatment. On the other hand if you are looking to feminize your face, I would recommend you to look into Voluma over the cheeks and possible Juvederm Ultra to give more volume and definition to the lips! Botox is a muscle relaxer and looking at your pictures I think you will have great results using fillers such as Voluma or Radiesse to augment your cheek area and possibly using some Juvederm around your lips. Good luck and thank you for your question.
