Currently I am a 34B cup but I cant fill my bra out completely. My Ideal cup size (and body) is a nice D cup like Kim Kardashian. My body meassurements are 34-26-39. I want a larger breast to match my hips (bum) and give me more of a hourglass figure but I still want my hips and bum to be in focus. My docter is worried that 400cc will look bad since my breast are very high on my body, he want to go for 350cc, but I think they should be bigger! I am undergoing surgery in less than 2 months.
Answer: Talk to your surgeon about your concern I use a technique known as Dimensional Breast Augmentation. This involves taking a variety of measurements of your pre-surgery body, such as your height, breast width, weight, etc. Then, we discuss your goals and with this information, a suitable implant size is selected. Find out if your surgeon does this for you. If you are not happy with what your surgeon recommended, then please have a frank discussion with them to understand why they made that recommendation. Perhaps you'll change your mind. All the best.

Answer: Best Breast Implant Size/ Profile for Me?
Thank you for the question. Unfortunately, online consultants are not in a position to provide you with precise enough advice. I would certainly not base any decisions you make on specific advice received online.
The best (general) online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you're looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals.
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or “nice D cup” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate.
3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery.
I hope this (and the attached link) help.

Answer: What size breast implants?
Thank you for your question and photos. Many patients become stressed about the size of breast implants. There are many different approaches to figuring out the correct size. Many surgeons will depend on a dimensional approach, based on specific measurements of your breasts and chest. This is something that needs to be done with a surgeon during a consultation. Additionally, it is helpful to have a picture of what your goal would be, sometimes a dimensional approach may not get you to where you want to be if you are looking for a very full or "augmented" look. My advice is to find a board certified plastic surgeon in you area that you like, sit down with him or her and relay your goals and I'm sure the two of you can decide on an implant size that's right for you.
Good luck.

Answer: Choosing breast implant size
Unfortunately the measurements you listed are not the ones needed to make a decision regarding implant size and the photos you posted of a fully clothed side view add little information. The important measurements are the breast base widths, the nipple positions on the chest, and the front to back laxity in the skin to estimate the amount of forward implant projection your body can hold. If you put in an implant with more forward projection than the body can accommodate you will flatten the tissue inside the breast and possibly push the ribs back.
The hourglass figure is assessed on a front view not a side view so it is impossible to say whether breast implants alone will give you the hourglass shape you are looking for. The difference between 400 and 350cc is so small that unless the implant dimensions will not fit making a distinction between them is moot and does not make sense to me.
I hope you realize that this format of posting questions and receiving answers lacks the face to face direct communication required for you to make an informed decision regarding your surgery.
My response to your question/post does not represent formal medical advice or constitute a doctor patient relationship. You need to consult with i.e. personally see a board certified plastic surgeon in order to receive a formal evaluation and develop a doctor patient relationship in order to know if this assessment is valid.

Answer: 350cc, 370cc or 400cc to Get a Nice and Full D Cup and an Hourglass Shaped Body?
Based on your desired goals, you would need to go with high profile implants. Also, you did not mention if the 350cc he recommend is high profile or moderate profile. You need to get the appropriate width to fit your chest. If you and your surgeon, do not agree on size, I would recommend a second opinion.
