Currently I am a 34B cup but I cant fill my bra out completely. My Ideal cup size (and body) is a nice D cup like Kim Kardashian. My body meassurements are 34-26-39. I want a larger breast to match my hips (bum) and give me more of a hourglass figure but I still want my hips and bum to be in focus. My docter is worried that 400cc will look bad since my breast are very high on my body, he want to go for 350cc, but I think they should be bigger! I am undergoing surgery in less than 2 months.

Answer: Choosing breast implant size
Unfortunately the measurements you listed are not the ones needed to make a decision regarding implant size and the photos you posted of a fully clothed side view add little information. The important measurements are the breast base widths, the nipple positions on the chest, and the front to back laxity in the skin to estimate the amount of forward implant projection your body can hold. If you put in an implant with more forward projection than the body can accommodate you will flatten the tissue inside the breast and possibly push the ribs back.
The hourglass figure is assessed on a front view not a side view so it is impossible to say whether breast implants alone will give you the hourglass shape you are looking for. The difference between 400 and 350cc is so small that unless the implant dimensions will not fit making a distinction between them is moot and does not make sense to me.
I hope you realize that this format of posting questions and receiving answers lacks the face to face direct communication required for you to make an informed decision regarding your surgery.
My response to your question/post does not represent formal medical advice or constitute a doctor patient relationship. You need to consult with i.e. personally see a board certified plastic surgeon in order to receive a formal evaluation and develop a doctor patient relationship in order to know if this assessment is valid.

Answer: 350cc, 370cc or 400cc to Get a Nice and Full D Cup and an Hourglass Shaped Body?
Based on your desired goals, you would need to go with high profile implants. Also, you did not mention if the 350cc he recommend is high profile or moderate profile. You need to get the appropriate width to fit your chest. If you and your surgeon, do not agree on size, I would recommend a second opinion.
