There is more than one way to treat a carved out sternum. You can add implants which is usually custom made or actual chest wall surgery which is done by a thoracic surgeon
There are very few cases that actually benefit from a custom implant for pectus excavatum. It would be helpful to be able to see some photos.
This is an operation where there are many choices and many approaches to getting great results. However, the wrong choice and the wrong approach can result in some significant problems. Look carefully for the best chest wall surgeons. It depends on the severity of the problem that will determine the approach.
You are wise in doing your due diligence carefully in the selection of plastic surgeon for the procedure you are considering. Although good advice would require in-person consultation, it sounds like you may benefit from a custom-made silicone implant to “camouflage” the mild pectus excavatum. Sometimes, patients with pectus excavatum achieve a nice result with breast augmentation surgery only. In regards to finding a plastic surgeon to help you achieve your goals, I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons. Only in person consultation will provide you with the detailed information you should obtain prior to making any decisions about proceeding with surgery. Ask to see lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures performed. Learn about the potential risks/complications associated any recommended procedures. You may find the attached link helpful to you as you learn more about options available for patients who present with pectus excavatum. Best wishes.
It is a pretty strraightforward procedure. Any plastic surgeon should be able to get the results you want.

Ibuprofen is usually not allowed as it increases your changes of excessive bruising and bleeding.Exparel is extremely safe when used as directed. As it is injected through a small guage needle mostly under direct vision the complications are rare and less than the breast augmentation itself. See...
You have a slender body with A cup breasts. A 450 HP implant will get you in the D cup range and should get the look you want. I agree with prior posts to try the implants on in the office to get a rough idea of the result. A periareolar incision is recommended due to your poorly...
