I am 5'4" 120lbs and have had one child. I am currently a 32d/dd depending on what bra I am wearing. During breastfeeding I was a full 32G and I am trying to get that look back. The 545cc Natrelle moderate implants are the largest ones my Dr. recommends for me, and I like how they look, but I am worried that other people will think they are too big for my frame. I have a 00 waist but I do lift weights and have a larger rear. I know I will lose some volume as they are going under the muscle.
