On RealSelf it is hard to find someone with my dimensions, so it’s hard to estimate what size I should get. I am 5 4, 100lbs, 20 yrs old, and my boobs don’t even fill up a 32AA bra. I’m not sure what size to go to but my mom and some ladies at Victoria’s Secret say I should go to a full C. I want to be a little on the bigger side but absolutely not ginormous nor a D cup. I am considering 310cc and not sure if I should go to about 330cc.
Answer: Will 310cc breast implants look larger or smaller on a person with a small frame? You have the right idea. 310 cc implants will look larger in someone with a small frame compared to someone with a larger frame. The best way to get an idea of what a certain sized implant would look like is with the Vectra 3D system. This allows you to visualize your results in your body before having surgery. Using sizers during your consultation also helps you get an idea.#StayBeautiful #RealDrWorldWide

Answer: Will 310cc Look Bigger Or Smaller Thanks for your question! In my experience of doing thousands of breast augmentation surgeries, I can tell you that you need to try on silicone sizers; they’re very accurate in giving you the correct size that you want. Furthermore, there’s no standardization of cup size in America, so different brands of bras are gonna fit different ways. And lastly, being a petite person, the 310cc Implant will look larger than if you were bigger, & 20cc more just isn’t that big of a difference (go with high profile). Best of luck to you!

Answer: Implant Size for a Small Frame Patient Dear Andrea:Thanks for your question. This is a question we get to answer quite often as Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. The best option for you would be to set up several consults with Board Certified Plastic Surgeons and get an in person examination. You should let your Plastic Surgeon know about all your concerns and your objective, the way you would like to look. The actual cc will vary drastically from patient to patient. In my practice I fit my patients wirh illusio, a Virtual Reality device that allows the patients to test all sizes, shapes and profile of Implants so they can accurately see how each implant would look like on their size/shape. Whether you want a perkier, close cleavage, or you want a more natural look or want a more projected profile, you can actually see how the implants would look like before having the actual Breast Augmentation.I suggest you only consult with Board Certified Plastic Surgeons, who ideally are FACS and are also members of ASAPS and ASPS. Answer: Choosing breast implant size with a small body frame You are correct that the appearance of a particular implant volume will be different depending on the existing body dimensions of the patient. I have treated small-framed patients for whom a 300 cc implant looks quite large, and other patients (such as a 6 foot tall, 175 pound woman with broad shoulders) with larger frames for whom implants of 600cc, 700cc or even larger don't look unnaturally large. Since you are 5'4" and weigh only 100 lbs, with very little breast tissue, a 310 cc implant will likely make a huge difference on your body. Ultimately, it's the responsibility of your surgeon to guide you when determining implant sizes, since you aren't really in a position to make that decision completely on your own. Good luck!

Answer: Breast augmentation, 310-330cc Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. It would be helpful to include pictures of your breasts. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
