Is the pain and the position of breasts normal for 6 days post-op? (Photos)

I have had 295cc textured implants put in 6 days ago. I am still unable to do day to day things, and look after my children. The incision lines are sore and feel as though they are pulling when i stand. I also feel extreme fatigue and having to have a nap in the day. And nausea. And mild light headedness. I didnt have symmetrical breasts to start but they look different shapes. Is this normal? One is wider and one is high up.i am also bruised on my shoulder. Thankyou
