10 months post-op: why do you see the outline of the implant and will the profile look more natural? (Photos)

In my opinion, the left side looks great! However, it appears that the right breast implant is too low. In many ways, but not in every way, you may benefit from having the right implant raised up a little. That will help symmetry of the upper parts of the breasts. The only negative aspect of lifting the implant on the right will be that the nipple may appear a little lower relative to the left side. Good luck!

Hello and thanks for your questions and photos.  To better answer your questions, more information about implant size/profile used and more photos (especially a side/profile view) would be very helpful.  You had quite different breast size and shape prior to your procedure and this seems to have carried on after your procedure.  As you are 6 months post-op, the implants are very unlikely to settle more than they already have. 9 months is more than enough to see your surgery final result in a breast augmentation, your breasts will remain the same as in the picture. You can visit your plastic surgeon to evaluate the possibility of a revision surgery to correct your concern, this is the only way to solve it.
