Had breast reduction in 2019, still feeling tightness on my chest when I lift my arm. What should I do?

Halloween of 2019 I had a breast reduction, i was a 40 G a d i just wanted to go to a DD. I woke up from the surgery .. and i hated them and could not stop crying, i was flat .. completely flat, they told me within 2 days are so they will eventually be at the correct size and nothing i spent almost 2 months fully healing because the right breast wasnt stitch completely. Til this day im still feeling the tightness on my chest, every time i lift my arm a d wake up from sleep, scars are horrible

I'm sorry to hear of your concerns.  It is not typical to experience tightness when lifting your arm years after your surgery.  It could be related to a number of issues.  I encourage you to begin by visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for an evaluation.  As you are over a year from. your procedure you can consider scar revision to help improve your scars if desired.
