I have my breast augmentation in about a month. Im a 5'3, 100-105 pounds, and a current 32AA-32A. I have a very small build and I wanted to go from a A cup to a full B/C cup. I'm worried about going too big because I don't want it to look weird on my body and I also don't want to grow out of some of my favorite clothes. However I also don't want to go to small and feel like I wasted money. I'm planning on doing Saline, under the muscle. What CC would you guys recommend? Pictures Below.
Answer: Implant volume and cup size At size 32, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. 200 cc implants would take you to a size C. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Implant Size When it comes to breast augmentation with implants, there are a few fundamental elements to consider: size (as you mention), location (ie, below or above muscle and others), and silicone vs. saline, as well as incision placement. It used to also include texture vs. smooth, but all implants today are smooth. So it sounds like you have most of these decisions made. Size, however, is really all in the eyes of the beholder, the most important of which is you. There are various ways to help you make this decision, such as: virtual simulation programs, talking to friends who have had augmentation, handling the implants themselves, and others. The easiest and most straightforward is likely breast implant sizers. These are either actual implants or devices that mimic the behavior of an actual implant within your bra that you place and then just look in a mirror and feel the contour for yourself to determine if these are the right size for you. You can have your surgeon, a friend, a partner, or anyone out there tell you what size to get, or you can make the decision for the one person that will live with that choice for likely a long time into the future. The choice of breast implant size is all yours.

Answer: Size Between those two, go with 275 cc's. I think both will look very nice on you and fit your frame and tissue well. If need, go back and try on both sizes again.

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you; 250,275= pretty much the same After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Implant size Hi. I think either size will look good. Certainly, the larger size will be more “noticeable” and the smaller size will look more “natural.” Try each size on in front of a mirror at your surgeon’s office to see if you like one better than the other. Also, since you are using saline, you can choose any volume in between as well. Speak to your surgeon about your concerns and he/she will be the best to help you understand what the outcome will be with the different sizes. Best of luck!
