Hello, could you please tell me if I can achieve a result similar to the second photo if I only have a breast augmentation? I really don't want a lift because of the scars, and I'm okay with big and low areolas. If the answer is yes, would be better subglandular or under the muscle to avoid waterfall deformity and double bubble? Thank you!
Answer: Breast implants and Saggy breast The breast has the skin which is the envelop of the volume ( breast gland). Adding more volume will not improve the loose or saggy skin, but will give the appearance of fullness on the upper pole. Is understandable not wanting to get scars but also know the results you can get with just breast implants with is recommended in your case sub glandular ( two it will drop with your gland ) and not big . I personal evaluation with a Board certified Plastic surgeon were he/she can make a personal assessment and show you cases can give you a better idea of your result. Hope this help!

Answer: Breast Augmentation Hi there, thank you for your question! Yes I think the 2nd photos are definetly achievable with a moderate breast implant. It could provide you fullness at the top of your breasts that is currently lacking.

Answer: Breasts With no lift, you will need to place the implants behind the breast tissue only. No, you will not get the same results as your wish photo, since one breast is lower than the other, but it may be somewhat similar.

Answer: Do I need a breast lift? You might not need one. Submuscular (dual plane) is best I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They then get to choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Bellesoma Method Implants do not lift breasts. Many women do not like breast lift because of the vertical scars associated with the traditional techniques. For this reason, an alternative was developed called The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
