Had a breast aug and lift in 2019 just noticed this mark that wasn't there a few weeks ago! Don't live anywhere near my original surgeon so I don't know if this is something I should be concerned with! I'm sort of freaked out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Breast implants can give you upper pole fullness. If you go with a implant that is not to big, you can achieve natural looking breasts. Find a implant that compliments your body and you can have natural, fuller breasts.
You did not show photos, but if you are a DD, you have plenty of tissue. I suspect you need a lift. Going larger will just give you large and still sagging breasts.
This is possible and happens somewhat frequently. It is fine to use a modest size implant to get the upper fullness without making a huge breast. Often in this procedure, it is necessary to redo the incision under the breast to get the best shape. This allows access to place the implant.
