I'm 5'6", 149lbs, and 22 years old. I exercise three times a week between cardio and weights, eat right in healthy portion sizes, and stay away from sugars and fats and have been doing so for years. However, I have an apple shape so any fat stores around my middle. I want to get liposuction for a smoother back and defined waistline that exercising hasn't done.
