I'm (5'3) 55kg including the implants in the progress of going down to around 52 kg. I've always had a big bum and big thighs so the 590cc are very well porportioned to my body. Although they are not as large as I expected and with clothes on they really do not look large at all. I love the big round fake look and I don't feel I achieved that with the 590s so I would like to upsize and wondering how many ccs I would have to get to make a very notifiable difference. Thanks :)

I would definitely wait more time to make a final judgement on your breasts. It really takes 8-12 months for healing to occur. Also positioning with your arm up and taking the photo makes that side appear different from the side where your arm is down. Consult your surgeon to be sure.
