As my colleagues have told you, there is no breast lift without surgery. There is no exercise, cream, potion, or lotion that can tighten your breast skin, and that also includes hormones, lasers, RF devices, and other "miracle cures."I know you said you are feeling insecure about your breasts, but breasts come in all different sizes and shapes--part of what makes them so wonderful to partners of all different kinds. Trust me, there are plenty of breasts that look different from what you may consider to be "centerfold perfection," and they can be quite beautiful and desirable all on their own. But without photos or personal examination it is impossible to tell you that surgery might not be in your best interests, because at some point in your future, expert plastic surgery could indeed be an excellent option to improve symmetry, size, or perkiness of your breasts, if that is your desire. This would be considered elective and something you would ask for, so you would need to understand that surgery may add scars, cost money, and require the acceptance of (minimal, but potential) risks in order to improve the size, shape, or appearance of your breasts. That would NOT be "messing up" your body, and good plastic surgery can definitely boost self-esteem and confidence. But only if that is your choice and you willingly accept the "cons" in order to achieve the "pros." The only "natural" way (non-surgical) to lift sagging breasts is with a pretty bra. So until you are ready for surgery, don't worry about your breasts, and don't waste time or money searching for anything else. Honest!
