For liposuction to the legs, is it possible to have more than 10% of your body weight removed as long as it’s done in an accredited hospital or facility w/ an overnight stay? Example: if youre 130 pounds, can you have 12% or 15% or more removed (15+ pounds of fat and tumescent)? Or is there a cretain percentage you can’t go over? Again, I’m talking about this being done in a hospital and staying overnight.

Massages are very important. I wish you have started earlier but this is also okay. Most of them will improve but I think some of them will stay. If it doesn't get better as much as you want then you can have a revision just with Vaser with an effort to equalize the skin irregularity, not...
I would suggest several things
1- Post liposuction skin massage 2-3 times a week2- Kinesio taping from medial to lateral to make the crease open.3- Do not wear your corsets too tight, choose a size that is just right. Too much tightness is your enemy.4- Keep wearing your abdominal board
How far after surgery are you?
If you are only several days or several weeks, thing should continue to improve with compression lymphatic massage etc. If this is several months after it would be very good to discuss with your operating surgeon what other possibilities are.
