I know I’m not symmetrical and have always struggled with this heavy brow thanks to my dads genetics lol. I don’t want to end up with a surprised look, I just want it to look less heavy and make my eyes look more open. Thanks.

Answer: Asymmetrical Eyebrows Although you do not appear to have ptosis (droop) of the eyelids from the pictures presented, the first thing I think of with asymmetrical eyebrows is asymmetrical ptosis with one eyebrow trying to keep the worse eyelid elevated the same as the opposite side. You need an evaluation by a plastic or ophthalmic plastic surgeon experienced in evaluating and treating ptosis.

Answer: Endoscopic brow lift. Your best chance for symmetry of your eyebrows is an endoscopic brow lift with special attention to the asymmetry present. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia with some IV sedation. The recuperation is about a week or less, depending on the swelling or the technique employed.
