Will brow lift create cat eye?

Hello, thank you for your question. There are many variants of the brow lift and depending upon the incisions made and the vector of pull different brow conformations can be created.

Don't ruin your looks and possibly your eyes with a fad procedure.  That picture looks terrible with hyper elevated central brows, a very unnatural appearance.  Most reputable plastic surgeon will not perform fad procedures that give a permanent change in the patient's appearance..There are plenty of patients who do benefit from a brow lift.  Nerve sparing brow lifts can spare the deep branch of the supraorbital nerve, or if it has been cut from a brow lift performed elsewhere, the nerve can be reattached with microsurgical techniques.  Hair sparing brow lifts like the pretrichial or lateral brow lifts can spare the raising of the hairline (coronal and many endoscopic lifts do not).  Reverse brow lifts can lower the forehead.  The look of the completely elevated brow from one side the the other can result in a surprised appearance so is not as sought after in my practice population; most patients prefer a natural look.
