I first noticed it a couple of months ago but I have recently noticed it getting worse and worse. It begins between my brows and extends up my forehead. It is almost like my forehead has changed shape. It feels very tight, what I would describe as tension. I have just turned 30 and I feel it is very ageing

The dent in the forehead can be improved by injecting a filler like Restylane Deep, to improve contour.The product is placed deep and slowly to avoid the filler entering the circulation. I prefer cannulae in this area. The result will last for 12-18months and sometimes longer. I would recommend approaching an accredited plastic surgeon for the same.

This is a difficult area that can be dangerous if done improperly. The technique involves dissection of the area with a dilute local anesthetic and then filling the dissected area with the filler.
