This 25 year old female consulted with Dr. Greenberg wishing to address the tuberous nature and slight ptosis of her breasts. She was unhappy with her current breast size and shape, wishing for more fullness and ideally a full C cup size. After a thorough conversation with Dr. Greenberg and evaluation of her pre-operative anatomy the patient understood that she may be limited with how large of an implant could be placed due to the tuberous nature of her breasts. As you can see from her pre- and 1 year post-operative photos, the patient had achieved her goal of a full C cup size and is significantly more confident with her breast shape.

This beautiful young patient presented to me with severe from to Tuberous Breast Deformity.  She underwent breast augmentation with Implants (285cc moderate plus projection) Sientra silicone gel implants and areolar reduction (donut breast lift) to correct her congenital breast deformity.

Correction of tubular breasts thru a periareolar incision with silicone implants. Her correction included lowering of the breast crease, expansion of the lower pole of the breast and removal of subareolar breast tissue.

Patient wanted to correct her tuberous breast deformity. Usually this is achieved with implants, however she did not want implants in her. We performed a complex tuberous breast correction with a breast lift and fat transfer to her breasts. Note the natural results and the fullness we were to achieve with only fat transfer to her breasts. Tuberous breasts is characterized by lack of breast tissue in the lower center and side pole of the breast.
