This patient recently underwent a facelift with another doctor. However, she was dissatisfied with the lack of improvement in the neck. Secondary face and neck lift was performed to restore youthful neck contour.

This 65-year-old woman had a previous facelift which she was unhappy with. The scars were visible and results were mediocre. I preformed a revision facelift with nearly invisible scarring as well as lower-lid blepharoplasty (lower-eyelids).

This is a 74 year old female presenting for a revision facelift. She had undergone a facelift 10 years in the past and presents with recurrent skin laxity, jowling, volume loss and loss of the jawline angle. She underwent a revision facelift using a SMAS plication technique and fat grafting to contour temples, nasolabial folds and other areas of volume loss. Photos are before and 3 months post op demonstrating well healed preauricular (around the ear) incisions, submental incision and overall more youthful, rejuvenated contour.
