This 37 year old woman is 5'3 tall and weighs 150 pounds. She enjoys frequent weightlifting; which was a significant factor in her deciding to have her implants placed above the muscle, (sub-glandular/sub-fascial). She chose 425cc teardrop shaped, gummy bear breast implants. She also had liposuction of her bra fat area to improve her overall contour. Her results are shown just 6 weeks later.

This 24-year-old woman wanted to transform her 32A-cup bra size into a C cup. She scheduled a consultation with me at my practice wanting to learn more about breast augmentation surgery. This is a 29 year old female who presented to my medical practice with interest in breast augmentation. This patient was overall happy with her shape, but she wanted to have fuller breasts.I recommended a breast augmentation with silicone implants placed through the areolas and under the muscle for the best and most natural result. In the operating room, I used Mentor smooth, round, moderate-plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants.Postoperatively, the patient did quite well and was very happy with her natural, fuller breast appearance.

	This 38 year old patient complained of inadequate breast size and fullness after pregnancy. 450 cc smooth round silicone implants were used. Due to her narrow chest wall, high profile implants were selected, resulting in an attractive and natural appearance.
