A  290 cc   mentor high profile implant was placed on the right and filled to 330 cc with normal saline.  A 290 cc  high profile implant was placed on the left and filled to 330 cc with normal saline. Results shown are at 6 months post-op

This patient had a severe capsular contracture due to a breast augmentation done by another doctor. Dr. Greenberg replaced her breast implants as well as performed a pocket repair and a capsulectomy.  Five months post op.

This 50 year old female patient's breasts became deflated and saggy after massive weight loss. The patient desired fuller, bigger, and perkier breasts after weight loss. So, Dr. Katzen performed a breast augmentation with silicone implants to give the breasts more volume. Dr. Katzen also performed an anchor T mastopexy to lift the breasts.

The explantation is a surgery, mainly reconstructive, with aesthetic goals (in our patients). It allows immediate aesthetic reconstruction with the patient's own tissue. It is almost always painless, the scar is L-shaped. The cleavage area is scar-free and the aesthetic result is adequate, stable and consistent. The anatomical shape and the projection of the neckline is independent to the volume even if the tissue is too much or too little due to the BRALAN Technique.
