    this patient had a rhinoplasty by another surgeon and was not happy with the results. specifically she was unhappy with the poly beak deformity/ surpratip fullness. she also had irregular dorsal aestheic lines. a plan for secondary rhinoplasty was made and carried out to the patients satisfaction.
