Before surgery, the patient has a bulbous nasal tip and wide nose. Her tip droops and her nasal bridge is too high. Following rhinoplasty, her nasal tip is narrowed and has better definition. Her nasal tip is rotated up and the bridge reduced.

Beautiful results 3 months after a finesse Rhinoplasty.
