We rolled out the red carpet for this lovely patient! As we age, our skin loses its fight with gravity and drooping can impact us in different areas, so its not a one-size-fits-all packaging. For this patient, her aging was focused down the center of her face rather than down the jowls, which tends to be most common in women. So for her, Dr Woodman went with a Brow lift to focus on the eyes to brighten and lighten the center focal point, then give her a strong chin before using his signature Deep Plane Facelift technique to set her face and neck lift, aligning her muscular structure flawlessly so her skin is not stretched unnaturally.Typically, our after photos for facelift patients are taken after six months, because as you will see, this patient still has some swelling (the face can take up to twelve months to fully heal!!!), but she is SO pleased with her results she wanted us to show off Dr Woodman's work now.

This 51 year-old female was unhappy with the appearance of her face and brow. Being very athletic, the additional loss of natural fat was very troubling to her. Restoration of this fat volume was performed with precise fat transfer to the cheeks, jowls and facial folds. In addition, a deep plane facelift, neck lift and endoscopic browlift was utilized to resuspend the facial tissues to a more youthful position. Her results at 8 months show barely perceptible scars and beautiful contour.

	This patient wanted to refresh the upper third of her face. She had an endoscopic browlift, upper eyelid surgery and lower eyelid surgery. The result is a natural, rejuvenated look.

This middle-aged woman presented with the concerns of excessively heavy upper eyelids.   She stated that her aging was certainly genetic in nature, for her mother and grandmother had aged in the same fashion.  She stated that she had tried botox on numerous occasions with minimal improvement.  She presented with the desire for more permanent results and longevity.Examination demonstrated moderate to severe excessive thin skin over the eyelids along with mild/moderate drooping of the outer eyebrows.  We also noted that her right eye was slightly droopier appearing than the left.  We decided together to perform both an upper blepharoplasty and lateral brow lift.Only under local anesthesia and mild oral sedation with valium, we performed both procedures at the same time in our office.  Procedure time was under 1 1/2 hours, and all stitches were removed 6 days afterwards.Her results demonstrate a significantly bright-eyed appearance while maintaining a natural look.  She stated her actual vision was somewhat improved, and makeup application was easier.

This middle-aged woman presented with a history of previous upper blepharoplasty who did not like the appearance of droopiness at the outer corners of her eyes. She had tried botox a few times, but was not able to get sufficient lift from the botox.We decided together to perform a lateral browlift under local anesthesia in the office. Well placed incisions in the hairline were made in order to remove skin and lift the corners of the brow. Total procedure time was under one hour and sutures were removed in one week.Her results demonstrate moderate opening of the outer corners of her eyes with a natural overall improvement.
