Breast implant revision with removal of severe capsules

    This patient had a breast augmentation many years ago by a different surgeon and developed severe breast capsules which distorted her breast shape. Dr. Leedy corrected her problem by removing the old implants and capsules and replacing them with new implants in a different position (in this case under the muscle).
