45 year old woman treated with Breast Implant Revision through complete capsulectomies, implant exchange using Allergan smooth round cohesive silicone gel Natrelle Inspira implants, 250cc on the left side and 280cc on the right side due to preoperative asymmetry, and placement of Strattice Contour 2 bilaterally, circumareolar Breast Lift, and Liposuction of the bra fat were also performed in addition to an extended Tummy Tuck with multidirectional fascial plication. Pre-op, patient had complaints of significant changes in the breasts and body due to prior surgery as well as pregnancies. Preoperative saline implant deflation was performed to reduce the capsule size and to shrink the patient's breast skin.

This young lady suffered bottoming out of her left breast implant and a rupture of her right breast implant.Her right breast implant was replaced and the pocket for her left breast implant was revised to better suit a new implant. Her results show improved symmetry of her right and left breasts.

Revision of Breast Revision: Implant Exchange, Capsulectomy, and Mastopexy.

Patient had her initial Augmentation 18 years ago with a different physician.  She wanted Dr. Eric Schaffer to remove  her old saline implants  and replace them with larger ones to achieve more fullness and to better match her body shape.  The original implants were filled to 350 cc's and were replaced with Mentor smooth round moderate plus  implants filled to 540 cc's using her original incision site.

This 30 year old mother of 2 has been pregnant 4 times. She is 5'6 tall and weighs 125 pounds. She had a breast lift 6 years previously and a breast augmentation 4 years prior. Her implants at that time were: round, textured, 385cc high profile, regular cohesive silicone implants. She had a very nice result but presented requesting to be bigger, (as big as she can be), new implants perkier, (placed up and in), and also try to have less visible rippling. These requests are all very challenging because she is thin, does not have much soft tissue to hide the implants, and is small framed. We decided to use ultra high profile, smooth, highly cohesive silicone gel implants 700cc placed below the muscle. Her post operative photos are from two years after, showing how the result has been maintained.

Patient presented to us several years after undergoing lift with implants at another clinic.She previously had textured implants (385 ccs on right and 325 ccs on left). We redid the lift and placed 700 cc smooth high profile implants on both sides.

52-year-old female that had a bilateral breast augmentation with lift ~14 years ago with a different surgeon began to notice hardening on the left side with a bulging appearance. The patient wanted to correct the asymmetry so she decided to remove and replace her Silicone Breast Implants with a Left Capsulectomy and Peri_areolar Mastopexy.
