This 29 year old mother of 2 had a submuscular breast augmentation and asymmetry correction using Allergan Inspira SRX 545cc and SRX 525cc  implants.

This is a 29 year old female who presented to my medical practice with interest in breast augmentation. This patient was overall happy with her shape, but she wanted to have fuller breasts.I recommended a breast augmentation with silicone implants placed through the areolas and under the muscle for the best and most natural result. In the operating room, I used Mentor smooth, round, moderate-plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants.Postoperatively, the patient did quite well and was very happy with her natural, fuller breast appearance.

This 33 year old complained of empty, sagging breasts after breastfeeding. A concentric mastopexy (breast lift) was combined with silicone breast augmentation. This type of breast lift involves only a scar around the areola, with no scars on the breasts themselves. The red color of the scars continues to fade with time, and the wrinkles around the areola smooth out.
