45 year old female shown before and two months after a breast lift with implants and an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). The patient has no medical history and a 50 pound weight loss. Sha has delivered two children. C cup before and DD cup after. The patient received an Allergan 605cc SRF (highly cohesive) gummy bear high profile silicone implant and placed beneath the muscle. 38 year old female who had previous augmentation mastopexy using benelli technique with saline implants. Patient is shown to have large areoa with part of her areola outside of the benelli incision. Patient wanted a better shape, better scars and smaller areola as well as to be slightly fuller. She is now shown 6 months after undergoing bilateral capsulectomy, bilateral exchange of implants to 550cc High Profile Mentor Memory Gel Silicone Implants with bilateral vertical mastopexy (lollipop lift).

Aumentation Mastopexy Revision

37-year-old female that desired fuller and symmetrical breasts. She elected to proceed with a bilateral breast augmentation and peri-areolar mastopexy. She decided on Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch Style SSF 415cc silicone implants.

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.

	34 year old female who developed sagging to her breast and volume loss following pregnancy. She underwent a breast lift as well as breast augmentation. 325cc saline filled implants were placed under the muscle to increase her bra size from a 34B to a 34C.
