This patient is shown just one week after undergoing exchange of implants, pocket correction, and mastopexy. She previously had 375 cc overfilled saline implants. 187 grams was removed from her right breast and 166 grams was removed from her left breast. We switched her to 550 cc high profile Mentor Memory Gel implants.

Breast implants using saline filled implants (filled to 435 cc). These are style 68MP (moderate profile) natrelle implants in patient 5'7 and 110 lbs. The restoration of volume after breast feeding is one of the main reason women get breast implants after they are done having children.

This 41 year old mother of four underwent a laparoscopic gastric bypass procedure, resulting in an 80 pound weight loss. She complained of breast ptosis, or drooping, enlarged areolas, and a lack of breast fullness. She also complained of significant excess skin and prominence throughout the abdomen. She underwent a traditional mastopexy, or breast lift, combined with use of 370 cc silicone implants. A tummy tuck was also performed. The postoperative photos five weeks after the original surgery already demonstrate significant improvement.

She underwent a traditional mastopexy, or breast lift, and combined with 450 cc silicone implants. An abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck, was done, and liposuction of the back and posterior hips was performed. The post operative photos were taken about two months after the surgery. The scars will continue to fade over the next one to two years.
