Brest Augmentation 

	This 38 year old patient complained of inadequate breast size and fullness after pregnancy. 450 cc smooth round silicone implants were used. Due to her narrow chest wall, high profile implants were selected, resulting in an attractive and natural appearance.

Patient is 4'9 and 95 pounds.  Mentor smooth round moderate plus saline implants filled to 360 cc, placed under the muscle using the armpit incision.

This 37 year old woman is 5'3 tall and weighs 150 pounds. She enjoys frequent weightlifting; which was a significant factor in her deciding to have her implants placed above the muscle, (sub-glandular/sub-fascial). She chose 425cc teardrop shaped, gummy bear breast implants. She also had liposuction of her bra fat area to improve her overall contour. Her results are shown just 6 weeks later.

Breast implants using saline filled implants (filled to 435 cc). These are style 68MP (moderate profile) natrelle implants in patient 5'7 and 110 lbs. The restoration of volume after breast feeding is one of the main reason women get breast implants after they are done having children.

	This 24 year old with very little breast tissue received 350 cc smooth round implants using a peri-areolar incision. Despite the lack of breast tissue, her result looks very natural.

This is a 29 year old female who presented to my medical practice with interest in breast augmentation. This 24-year-old woman wanted to transform her 32A-cup bra size into a C cup. She scheduled a consultation with me at my practice wanting to learn more about breast augmentation surgery. Like most breast enhancement patients, her biggest concern was ensuring a natural-looking result rather than an oversized appearance.Given how thin this patient was, I recommended using silicone implants for the most natural look. During her surgery I tried a few different sizes, but felt that the 275cc Mentor smooth, round, moderate-plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants looked the best and could give her the natural-looking increase she wanted.
