Augmentation Mastopexy

Patient is 5'1 and 130 pounds.  Patient wanted to have surgery to have more fullness at the top of her breast and a lift but did not want to have obvious incisions.  Dr. Schaffer recommended that the saline augmentation be done through the armpit with a small hidden incision using implants filled to 300 cc's.  The breast lift he recommended is a circumareolar which has incisions around the areolas that will fade over time and be less noticeable.  The patient is very happy with her results and with Dr. Schaffer meeting her goals.

Mastopexy and Breast Augmentation

37-year-old female that desired fuller and symmetrical breasts. She elected to proceed with a bilateral breast augmentation and peri-areolar mastopexy. She decided on Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch Style SSF 415cc silicone implants.

5'3 and 130 lbs at start of surgery. This patient had 375 cc moderate plus breast implants plus breast lift, as well as lipo abodmen, back, flanks and fat graft to buttocks.
