	This 38 year old patient complained of inadequate breast size and fullness after pregnancy. 450 cc smooth round silicone implants were used. Due to her narrow chest wall, high profile implants were selected, resulting in an attractive and natural appearance.

This is a 29 year old female who presented to my medical practice with interest in breast augmentation. This patient was overall happy with her shape, but she wanted to have fuller breasts.I recommended a breast augmentation with silicone implants placed through the areolas and under the muscle for the best and most natural result. This 24-year-old woman wanted to transform her 32A-cup bra size into a C cup. She scheduled a consultation with me at my practice wanting to learn more about breast augmentation surgery. Like most breast enhancement patients, her biggest concern was ensuring a natural-looking result rather than an oversized appearance.Given how thin this patient was, I recommended using silicone implants for the most natural look. During her surgery I tried a few different sizes, but felt that the 275cc Mentor smooth, round, moderate-plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants looked the best and could give her the natural-looking increase she wanted. The implants were inserted through an upper areolar incision and placed underneath the chest muscles to help ensure a natural, aesthetically pleasing look.This woman recovered very well from her breast augmentation surgery, with very little discomfort or swelling. She is very pleased with the results of her surgery and feels that her new breasts flatter her petite frame beautifully.

This 37 year old woman is 5'3 tall and weighs 150 pounds. She enjoys frequent weightlifting; which was a significant factor in her deciding to have her implants placed above the muscle, (sub-glandular/sub-fascial). She chose 425cc teardrop shaped, gummy bear breast implants. She also had liposuction of her bra fat area to improve her overall contour. Her results are shown just 6 weeks later.
