This is a mommy makeover done the right way. The patient came in to see several months in advance. She had had three children. When I saw her (we have pictures linked from mommy makeover section), she wasn't obese, but definately overweight. she decided it was time to regain her body. She booked surgery and followed by advice to diet and excerise for three months. When these pictures were taken, she had lost about 20lbs and firmed up her muscles. I was then able to do one session of back lipoconturing via awake smartlipo, followed at another day by a tummy tuck and augmentation mastopexy.&nbsp;

Age: 45. This woman came to my practice because she had multiple concerns. Her large breasts were causing back and shoulder pain. This 48 year old woman is 5'2 tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has gotten back into great shape after her two children, however, she bothered by the loose skin and separated muscles of her abdomen which will not improve with further workouts. She also wanted to increase the fullness of her breasts. She had a mommy makeover consisting of an abdominoplasty and breast augmentation. She chose 250cc saline implants placed under the muscle. Her results are shown two years after surgery.

Patient is 5'3 and 132 pounds.  Mommy makeover procedure included a full tummy tuck with muscle and hernia repair.  Saline breast implants filled to 325 cc's placed under the muscle with a small armpit incision.
