This combines a breast lift, which addresses the sagging, with an augmentation, which addresses the volume and projection. We used silicone implants placed under the muscle.

Our patient is 46 year old woman who is 6 months out from Bilateral Breast Implant Removal (Explant) with Total Capsulectomy and Re-do of her Vertical Pattern -Lollipop- Breast Lift. She had 225cc smooth silicone implants placed underneath the muscle. She was suffering from chronic fatigue and brain fog that made her depressed for which her doctors placed her on prescription antidepressants. We are happy to report that she has discontinued her medication and feels like a new person. Her scars are continuing to fade and soften which we expect to take 1- 1.5 years given her skin type.

She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts pre-operatively and wished for a lifted and enhanced bust line.  She presented on consultation with a C cup and wished to be the same cup size, just lifted and firmer, after her surgery. After a long conversation, it was decided that she was an ideal candidate for a bilateral breast lift procedure and bilateral silicone gel breast implants. Like many patients she was concerned with the scarring risk associated with a breast lift procedure, but she is healing well and the incisions are fading day by day.
