This 39 year old presented with very droopy (ptotic) breasts. Her left breast was more droopy than the right, and she disliked the extremely wide diameter of her areolas. Due to her large breast size and degree of drooping, a traditional type of mastopexy (breast lift) was selected. Breast implants were added to improve fullness in the upper breasts.

This woman experience deflation, sagging, and volume loss after pregnancies. She was treated with a breast lift and implants (cohesive gel, round). This resulted in a fuller, rounder, more youthful breast shape but still natural-looking.

This lovely 54 year old woman was unhappy with her shape many years after breast augmentation. She noted her breasts had fallen but her implants had actually gone up, leaving an unharmonious mismatch in shape. She underwent implant exchange using updated implants in more appropriate position as well as a breast lift to center the nipple more gracefully on the implant. She looks both more fit and more natural after her surgery, and benefits from safer and more comfortable implants.

This patient had a Benelli breast lift in the past (with another surgeon) but she needed more volume.  So we revised her Benelli lift and placed implants beneath the pectorals major muscle through the lift incision.&nbsp;

The Benelli lift technique utilizes an incision that is just around the nipple. In this case it was combined with implants.

This woman underwent deflation and sagging of her breasts after pregnancies and breastfeeding. She was interested in lifting + repositioning the breasts, as well as restoration of more youthful fullness. She was treated with a vertical breast lift (lollipop technique) combined with breast implants. Overall improvement was achieved but still maintaining a natural size, shape, and proportion.
