The patient also has excess fullness in the bra fat area which bothered her in her sports bras. I recommended breast augmentation with liposuction of the bra fat for the best results.

This patient is a 34-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of having smaller breasts than desired. I felt that a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone implants would give the patient the best overall results. During surgery, I placed Sientra 355cc smooth round moderate-plus profil cohesive silicone gel implants under the chest muscles (dual plane) via under the breast crease incisions.
